Credentials and How It Works!

What are all those letters? It looks ridiculous, I know, but those letters are simply to let you know that you’re in the right hands. The process that we engage in through coaching is backed up with solid research and proven experience. Here is what they all mean:
CPC: Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) since July 2020. iPEC is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
ELI-MP: Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner certified through iPEC since June 2020.
CPTD: Certified Professional in Talent Development through the Association of Talent Development (ATD) since 2009.
How exactly does coaching work?
One of the most powerful ways to begin our time together is with the Energy Leadership Index assessment. Trust me when I tell you this will change the way you view the world! Together we will spend about an hour and a half exploring the 7 levels of energy and we will get curious about what they mean for you, specifically. Once you understand how each level of energy is serving you, you will feel empowered to make more conscious decisions about the energy you choose for yourself.
Our weekly calls will last around 45 minutes and together we will pursue whatever it is you need to focus on. Many begin coaching with a specific desire. Perhaps they are feeling stuck or unfulfilled, maybe they need to work on a personal or professional relationship that is frustrating, or maybe they are excited and poised to take the next big step in life and want coaching to keep that momentum going! Whatever the desire, know that our coaching agenda is completely in your hands. This process is hugely flexible so if we start out working on one agenda and you want to move to something else, the power is yours.
At the end of each of our calls, we reflect on what you learned about yourself and you’ll share what you’ll apply moving forward. Before you know it, you’ll be showing up more fully engaged in your own life! When you’re ready to begin and I’ll send you a welcome package with all the details of how our journey together will unfold.
