My name is Molly McAllister and I am excited to learn that you are interested in finding a coach! The positive impact that a coaching relationship can have on your life is significant and finding the right coach is an important first step. I’m most interested in learning about you but here’s a little about me to get us started!
In the business world, I work in Learning & Development creating and facilitating classes for both personal and professional growth. I am passionate about helping others learn. Often participants will find through training that they are able to connect with others more deeply or discover the power of their own personal strength. Those kinds of interactions are why I wake up excited to go to work each day with a sense of excitement and possibility.
As a coach, I am driven to see light bulbs turn on over my clients’ heads. Through the coaching process, clients will often experience a paradigm shift that will fundamentally change the way they view their circumstances and, ultimately, how they show up in the world. That’s the magic that excites me about the coaching process and what I hope will be meaningful for you, too.
